The Kiefer Police Department is a small but growing police department responsible for the safety of a Township nearing 2,000 people.
There is a wide variety of experience at the Kiefer Police Department.
Kiefer once was a booming oil Town, historically known to be the beginning of the Glenn Pool. Then the largest Oil Pool in the United States.
Kiefer was known in those days to be a rough and deadly place to live among the 20,000+ oil, industrial and rail road workers.
The Kiefer Police Department prides itself in being a very progressive and proactive police department which strives for ways to interact with it's community rather than react to it's community.
Community action programs such as an progressive volunteer program and community / department training sessions are just some of the ways that we stay in touch with our community.
Unlike the rough and rowdy days of the oil
boom Kiefer is now a quiet and comfortable town to raise a
family. Just ten minutes away from Tulsa Kiefer offers
people the comfort of country living just a short drive from
Tulsa.
